New Year, New You

(Please read our disclaimer)

It’s a new year and it isn’t unusual to want to make resolutions to better yourself—to be a new you. According to Webster’s Dictionary, a resolution is “a firm decision to do or not do something.” According to a recent survey, the most common New Year’s resolutions are to diet or eat healthier, exercise more, lose weight, save money, or learn a new skill.

Weight loss and becoming healthier is easy with Melaleuca products. According to The Melaleuca Wellness Guide, effective weight loss starts with proper nutrition, and the Peak Performance Nutrition Pack is the most convenient way to take the daily supplements essential to good health. If you want to take it one step at a time, good health begins with gut health. One change that can help with gut health and weight loss is fiber, according to the Annals of Internal Medicine. Consuming FiberWise Drink and Bars not only increases dietary fiber but also provides prebiotics that help sustain friendly probiotics.

A healthier you isn’t just on the inside though, it also is what is surrounding you. The Melaleuca Wellness Guide states that cleaning and personal care products can have long-term toxic effects. The use of Melaleuca’s cleaning products instead of grocery store brands can reduce or remove many health problems.

Recent research has shown that there are twenty toxic chemicals in cosmetics linked to serious health problems. Avoidance of these chemicals can start with the use of Sei Bella products. Melaleuca’s Sei Bella has an entire line of skincare products that deliver vitamins direct to your skin.

Becoming a new you can also involve just learning something new throughout the year, it can be a skill, a new hobby, or new information. Periodically reading The Melaleuca Wellness Guide and other publications by RM Barry can increase your knowledge and awareness of healthier and safer products for you and your family.

Resolutions don’t have to be something that is made on January 1st and then discarded by February. Firmly deciding to use healthier products, inside and out, and not use toxic products can have you and your family become healthier in the coming year and stay with the New Year’s resolution to be a new you.

Health Resolutions Success Stories

I am making a New Years' resolution to continue rebuilding my health. I have been an insulin-dependent diabetic for almost 50 years and am an oral cancer survivor since 2012. I love The Melaleuca Wellness Guide! I always try to find a non-drug or medication way of dealing with minor health problems and to help with any lingering problems from using medications. For cancer-related fatigue, ginseng is a well-known help, so I take GC Control in my morning coffee every day. This has helped me so much! For feeling chilled, which is very common for people like me who have undergone radiation and chemotherapy, I have an Access drink in hot water. It warms me up right away because the Access nutrition bars and drinks were originally developed for the Canadian Army to help their soldiers stay warm in freezing weather. I take my Peak Performance Total pack morning and night, and my doctors always say my recovery time from any surgery is remarkable. I am one very grateful Melaleuca customer!

During the new year, I always try to look back and see how I could do better, which includes eating healthier, exercising more and thinking more positively. I'm also excited to read the new addition of RM Barry's The Melaleuca Wellness Guide to help me with my health and wellness goals.

I am going to, of course, continue my Peak Performance Longevity Pack. But, in addition, I plan to learn much more about essential oils because I want to use them for healing many ailments. I know that will be a non-toxic, non-prescription way to be healthier of mind and body. I am 85 and really count on Melaleuca products to keep me healthy and not need to go to doctors any more than necessary. Thank you Melaleuca, and thank you, RM Barry, for teaching us many remedies we need that “really work” without all the awful side effects we hear on TV about RX drugs.
